The sales person Victor McGruder was very nice and professional. We bought a garage door and an opener. I liked the idea that it could be operated from a smart phone. What I did not like, I was not told that more equipment would be needed. The door installer, David, was very helpful and professional. He did a good job and did it quickly. I have used Precision Door twice and highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend using this company. Got me in the same day i called, tech was on time and was very knowledgeable. Plan on replacing my garage door in a few years and i will be calling them back to have them install it.

Jonatan called and set up the time that he would arrive , was on time and explained in detail what had to be done to fix (what I thought) was a broken garage door opener. John and his assistant completed the work quickly and thoroughly and took the time to explain what was needed as well as what may be needed further down the road. The price was very fair.
