I called on a Friday afternoon to get someone to come check my garage door that I was having problems with. The next day, their repair tech, Edurado Ruiz was here and fixed all the issues I was having, answered all my questions. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for any garage door installation and service.

My door spring was broken on Sunday morning. Nick came out on a Sunday and got our door all fixed up. He was very pleasant and totally professional. He explained to me the issues and what it would take to correct. I would highly recommend Nick and Precision doors. I was totally pleased with the entire experience.

He quickly determined the issue I was having and what it would take to return the garage door to good working order. He gave the price of the repair using minimum, better and the best, longest lasting components. We agreed on a price and he repaired my garage door in a timely manner. Door was sideways in the track. Service tech called me when he was on his way. Knew how to fix the problem. Had the necessary material. Had the issue resolved in about an hour. The service tech was very professional. Excellent job.
