Patrick Stephens gave me a call about an hour before arriving to confirm I was at home. He called 15 minutes before arriving. He looked at the problem (broken spring) and mentioned that some of the rollers were beginning to come out and showed me the problem. He gave me an estimate for just the spring replacement and then with rollers added. Did both. He was friendly, up front, ON TIME, not pushy. Have found me a new door company.

Well let’s just say I wasn’t to impressed with my service they rescheduled on me twice and when the tech came here he could not do the job alone told me he was leaving to get help and they got back hours later could only do one door before dark then one left and the other tech had to work alone but he was good and he said I needed some kind of door strips to help close the gaps and so now I am still waiting let’s just say I’m not paying my balance until the job is finished
