Horrible service. Called this company to come look at our garage door. The guy glanced at the garage door all of 20 seconds and told us our door was cardboard and crap and that we needed a new one. Soonest he could get a new one in would be next week. We asked if he could put it back on track in the interim and he said for 200 on top of the new garage door. Come to find out this company does not like working on our garage door brand and instead of telling us that tried to cheat us out of over 2k dollars for a new door we diid NOT need. Do not recommend this company! Take your business elsewhere.

My spring broke on my garage door. It’s our main entrance to the house, so I had to get it fixed. I googled garage door repair and after looking at some reviews I chose Precision. I made an appointment and Carlos came to the rescue. He was very friendly and after informing me what he needed to do, I agreed. He is a hard worker and was very thorough with not only replacing the spring with a double spring system, but looking over the rest of the door for other problems. Got it done quickly and was on the way to another call. Thank you.
