    Joe and Josh called to let me know they were on their way. They fixed the problem I was having with my garage door opener and performed maintenance on my doors. The only thing I could suggest is that they would have worn masks as they arrived at the front door. They asked if I would like for them to wear masks and I said yes. In these times, I would have preferred that they arrive with masks. They could certainly take them off as soon as I was not around.

    I wanted to thank Collin for the great service and work he provided on yesterday. He called to advise he was on the way and was very timely. In discussing this issue and options available he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the whole process. I left to run an errand and it hadn’t been but 20-25 minutes and he was wrapping up once I returned. I truly appreciate his hard work and quality of service. Thanks so much!

    Joe Allen was very professional and did a great job. He call before to let me know he was still at another site but would still come today. After showing up after 7pm, he was knowledgeable, explained the issue and completed it by 9pm. 5 stars for service but rating 4 overall based on value.
