    Our 30 year old garage door decided to stop working on Sunday of Labor Day weekend with both cars inside. I googled garage door repair, read about the company and the reviews. I’M SO GLAD I CHOSE PRECISION! The technician was here on time, he looked over the door and explained in detail everything he needed to do. We were given an estimate before any work was done. Tech was waiting for you ahead of the scheduled time. very friendly and saw his picture when the appointment was set up. discussed options of replacement of the door. the customer service was great and that is forgot by most companies. scheduled a install of new door, tracks and opener. thanks again

    Asa was grea! Knowledgeable, made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done, and made sure I was happy with all if the work done (it was extensive – multiple issues). I’d highly recommend him. He should have let me know he was a golfer, I could have hooked him up with some golf at some great clubs around the area!
