I’m very happy with the service provided by Rick. He gets 5 stars for carefully explaining what he was doing while fixing my problems as well as guarding against future issues with the garage door with one of his repairs. He knows his business!

Good on-time, service and great staff. However, I was shocked to find out that my garage door “tune-up” was $150 per door, especially after I spent over $2,000 with you last year replacing openers and various parts. I won’t be using your “tune-up” service in the future as I know I can get this service done locally for much less.

The most important thing is when something isn’t quite right does the company willingly remedy it, and THAT is just one great thing about Precision Door. The service I needed was annual lubrication and checkup; turns out I needed a new belt drive which I hadn’t noticed but which was obvious once he showed me. Then my slab is not level and the way the door was adjusted the first time needed a 2nd attempt. As soon as I called about it, a manager called me from his vacation, got the appt. arranged and in 24 hours the 2nd adjustment was made. It’s now perfect, looks level to the eye and is whisper quiet. After having the garage door repaired a month ago, we started having problems again including not closing all the way. Austin was sent to our house to correct these problems.
