The Service Tech who arrived was Jonatan. Very nice professional young man. He asked what seemed to be the problem and we discussed what I had tried and experienced prior to his arrival. Jonatan checked several things and then explained to me what the main problem was and a couple of other issues that should be addressed. The garage door opener unit was inoperative and needed replaced. Jonatan had 3 units to choose from. He removed and replaced the opener system and mounted it better than the previous opener. Changed out the springs which were the wrong size for the door, balanced the door, and lubed the door. He also programmed my other compatible remotes I had. All this in less than 2 hours and earlier than the set appointment time. He cleaned up everything after he was finished went over some of the warranty and asked if I had any other questions. Jonatan was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Excellent service throughout. I would recommend this company as their techs are experienced and come prepared to fix the problem.

I went on Angie’s List & did a search. I filtered the selections to only those doing business in my area, & those with great ratings. You were the first to respond. Since my old company, used for many years wouldn’t return my call, then later wouldn’t take messages, I needed someone quickly for a very small job. Your technician arrived timely, was very courteous, & fixed my problem quickly. He brought color samples with him for a future service of a new door that I requested. My questions were all answered & he didn’t see a problem in the “future” service being a month or two away.

Precision installed my garage door about 4 years ago. I was impressed with their service and professionalism. And that impression was reinforced today when I required service, starting with the young woman who answered the phone. Very efficient. I was amazed at how quick the service response was. Joe, the technician, was exceptional. Very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He knew exactly what my issue was and had it working smoothly in less than 10 minutes. Ray was awesome and went above and beyond. This was an emergency spring repair. Once there, Ray explained to us proper maintenance to ensure we get the most out of our garage for the longer term. This is the second time we use them in two different houses, great service.
