I had Precision come & replace the garage door opener in September 2020. They were professional and very nice. Price was great & was very happy with my experience. Well, one of the springs busted this past week. Decided to call them on Friday about 4 in the afternoon. They came out the next day & were done in about an hour. Great price & customer service again. I’m impressed & will recommend to anyone needing this type of work.

Serviceman called before showing up to see if he could arrive earlier than appointment time. He helped my son move some stuff out of the way of the work area. Gave me the total of what the cost would be to repair the door and option for payment. He was fast and thorough, all fixed and door working properly again.

Alex did a fabulous job replacing our garage door springs. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable. He got straight to work and explained what he did when the job was completed. Our garage door is quieter and operates more smoothly since his repair. I also want to comment that I contacted 4 different websites that morning. This website offered more information answering questions the others couldn’t or wouldn’t over the phone. THEN calling Precision, a real live human answered the phone answering more questions (unlike some others where technology reined completely-no personal voice or customer service at all). Nothing like good customer service besides great integrity in doing a job well done! Thank you, Precision! You took good care of us and we will refer you to others!

Made an appointment, confirmed the appointment twice. Took off work to be there for their 2hr. Window. They never showed up.

Hugo was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was a TON more than I would have ever expected. I feel like I paid almost double than the going rate for this repair. If it wasn’t for the astronomical price, this would be a 5 star review.
