I called and an appointment was set for 12-4pm. At 4pm no one had called or shown up! Very bad way to do business!!! I called & was told that the technician assigned had encountered problems at another job site and that he would not be able to come by until the next day. Then, I was told another technician would come by around 6pm. This forced me & my wife to cancel another event we had scheduled for 6pm. Bad business! Look elsewhere!!

Technician showed up at the scheduled time. He immediately explained what was needed to be done, the price, and approximately how long it would take to repair. When finished he went over what he had done. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all questions. I would recommend the technician and Precision.

The spring broke on one of our garage doors. So, I searched the internet, found Precision and called them based on their reviews and the fact that the company is veteran run. Two hours after I called for service, the technician, Jon D., arrived. He quickly assessed the problem, told me what was needed, provided a cost estimate and made the appropriate repair in only 45 minutes. He also did a check on the other garage door to ensure it didn’t have any issues and it did not. Jon D. was professional, personable, courteous and very efficient. Based on my experience today, I am very pleased with Precision and highly recommend their services.

The tech was very nice. The door wasn’t working properly when I called for service but when he came out to check it, the door worked just fine. He checked it over but found nothing wrong. He was exceptionally nice about it.
