We have used Precision Garage Door a couple of times and they are great. Super responsive. Always pleasant. Reasonably priced. Today Evan came out and was fantastic.

Made the appointment in the AM. Was out in less than two hours from the time appointment made. Service technician was courteous and upfront on costs. Job was done in less than an hour from when he started. Five Stars all around.

It was after normal business hours, but I was still able to schedule a tech to come to my house the next day. I found Precision by googling repair for my specific garage door company. I saw the BBB rating which eased my mind. Marco called and asked if he could show up a little earlier. He examined the door and showed me the problem. He fixed it immediately and showed the breakdown of charges. I heartedly recommend your company to damsels in distress. Thanks so much!

Precision installed our last garage door opener purchased from a big box store. When our motor quit this morning (with the door open) we needed help fast. I didn’t realize it was over 10 years old! Precision came out in less than 2 hours, presented our options, answered our questions, and installed our new LiftMaster quickly and efficiently. All the bells and whistles were easily explained. Great work and would use again (although hopefully we won’t need to for awhile!!) Thank you!!

Whole experience was excellent. Got an appointment quickly, love the online option. The team at precision makes great use of technology while keeping the experience human. Got an email once I made the appt with photos of the possible techs who would be arriving. Marco was our tech, he called to let us know when he would arrive within the appt window and arrived exactly when he said he would. Marco was efficient and knowledgeable and was able to address our issues effectively. He fixed the broken spring that was our primary issue and pretty much rehabbed the whole door so that it is now whisper quiet raising and lowering. Previously it was wake the dead noisy. Would absolutely recommend Precision, and would use them again. We are pretty picky and these guys are well deserving of the solid reviews.

When one of our springs broke in the evening, it also damaged our door opener. Precision scheduled us in the next morning. They replaced both springs as requested & installed a new opener. Our installer was on time, answered all questions & did a good job.
