Excellent Service!! I called another company and waited half the day for service. They didn’t show up and when I called to inquiry they wanted to reschedule. I then made an online appointment with Precision and within 20 minutes was contacted by Tyler advising he would be arriving in the next 40 minutes. He was prompt, courteous and addressed all our concerns. So pleased with the service he provided. I would recommend Precision for all your garage repairs.

I had just pulled into my garage and the spring broke as I closed it. I called and immediately spoke to a live person that scheduled an appoint within 2 hours. The tech called and said he would be arriving early and had everything assessed and repaired with 2 hours. Outstanding service! I will be using Precision for all my future garage door needs.

Was quoted $730 to replace a single large spring above my garage door. Insanity. Immediately called overhead door and was quoted $300 for the same spring. These good reviews are astroturfing at its finest or people are truly ignorant to be paying these king of prices.

The gentleman that came and gave us a quote was nice and professional. I ended up getting another quote from another company that was half the price. I got the springs, bearings, a couple brackets and the rod all replaced in the amount of money that I was quoted from you just for the springs themselves. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will call you again.
