    when I called customer service they misinformed me by giving me a minimum package of $499, which according to the CS agent included garage door opener and installation. I made apptm and when the guy came said the less expensive was over $1,000 and that CS handles different states and can make mistakes. Also everytime I asked CS a question their answer was I don’t know. I called 2-3 times and it was the same poor service where they don’t know what they are selling. Of course I canceled everything.

    Hi there. We were so grateful for Precision for answering our call. Evan came out and communicated when he was coming over and when he was here. That should be common, but we’ve experienced some very unprofessional companies here. Evan was polite, explained everything clearly, let me know exactly what was going on and explained why my garage door wasn’t working. And problems to look for in the future. He suggested, not pushed, other services to me and I appreciated that. If we ever have an issue with our garage again, we will be calling Precision.
