Our garage door would not go up and down with the remote, the outside key pad, or the switch inside the garage.Very frustrating.The next available slot for everyone i called would be 5 days from now.You guys came the next day after i called.Unexplainable the door worked perfect from every device every vantage point when the repairman came.I have no idea why.I did not catch his name.His phone said arizona on our call ID. He could find no problem and said he would not charge us.We offered twice to pay a service call.He politely declined.If hit is an example of your company then I would highly recommend you to anybody and everybody.If the door screws up again believe me I will call you.

The technician, Dakoda, arrived within 90 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and repaired our broken spring and pulleys, replaced our old openers, adjusted the tracks and programmed everything.
