I have been looking for garage door repair service which is budget friendly. I have spoken to several, and multiple repair techs came to our home to offer service and give us a quote. I got tired and needed the job done. I called and tried Precision, the technician that came to our house was good and eventually repaired our garage door system. When I was sent the invoice and breakdown of prices by email and upon my research online all I can say was it was a Very OVERPRICED service! They Even made it look like they gave me a Medical Professional Discount. I tried to negotiate with them to adjust the amount but after several emails and phone calls I Never heard back from them. Never again will I avail their services!

Their website says it all “Garage Doors don’t break during normal working hours” because that’s certainly what happened to mine. I loved the ease of booking an appointment and they honored it 100% with timely communications and arrival. It was great to receive a picture of the person I should expect at my front door! Evan was engaging, professional, and a great communicator. He explained a technical solution to my situation in words that made sense and helped me decide the best option. I’ve already told at least 6 friends about the experience. Hopefully they won’t need to call but if and when they do, I think they will remember Precision.

Precision Garage Door oiled the slides for our doors and installed a new door opener pad for us. As, always, they were quick, efficient and very professional!

This was the second time. I have called on. Precision to help with a problem. The first was to replace the cable that snapped. I was able to have a tech to replace it on the same day it happened. I was thrilled with his promptness but also with how well it works now. This week my remote didn’t function at a time I needed to get to my water aerobics class. When my Grandson came to check on me his remote didn’t work so I called for help. The price quoted was given and I needed to check on funds but the tech helped schedule a next day appointment so that I could feel ok . The tech Chris came and performed an amazing feat of replacing the ceiling opener done so smoothly and in a short time that I was thrilled. The new opener functions quieter and .smoothly. I saw the BBB rating which eased my mind. Marco called and asked if he could show up a little earlier. He examined the door and showed me the problem. The technician was profession, explained everything to us very well, easy to work with, and arrived on time. We have nothing bad to say. Will definitely be using this service again, we think it’s worth the price!

Used before for re engaging my garage door and showed me what I was doing wrong. He also checked other things and I chose to have things replaced for the peace of mind to avoid future breakdowns.
