We were happy to get same day service when our garage door opener stopped working. The service man explained the options of repair vs replace clearly, and had the new opener installed quickly. Service was courteous and professional.

Our garage door broke and would not open or close. It was stuck half way. I called Precision and they were there in an hour. Nick was a great, meticulous worker who explained what needed to be done and then he did it. We are very appreciative for his excellent work and friendly demeanor.
