Patrick came early to replace my broken garage door opener. I was very glad that he could do that. He even called to tell me that he was on his way. He explained the new opener very well. He told me it would take about forty-five minutes to install it. That is how long he took. He even cleaned up the garage floor so that it looked better than when he started! I’m so glad that I got this company to help me. I’m really enjoying a great working garage door opener now.

Precision Door did an excellent job solving my garage door problem over Labor Day Weekend. Their promise of service and excellence exceeded my expectations. The new opener was installed and the problem solved on schedule. The new springs and new unit are so much better than our old one, and Cameron was so professional in handling all the details.

Excellent and prompt service. We called in the morning for service. The technician (Eric Warner) came out that evening. Eric replaced our old garage door opener with a new belt driven opener and also replaced the door springs which were broken. He gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. He was very professional and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them.

I appreciate April sending Sam to work with the other fella. The other fella was a bit nervous and his work had to be redone as the rails on the initial install were not put in plumb (level) so the movement of the wheels created additional noise. Sam corrected but we had to have someone take pictures and then a great deal of discussion with Eric. So although ended well with same correcting, it should have been installed correctly the first time and created a lot of energy and time on my part for something where a professional installer would ensure the rails and movement were minimal. Bit disappointed in the big door noise that although a thicker metal the door movement and panels create more noise than expected and discussed. Again, appreciate Eric and Sam’s help in correcting the small door issue; however, should not have ever happened. Rating – b
