Patrick was the best. Great guy very friendly. Explained to me what he was doing. Spent about an hour and put the garage door back on the track and lubricated everything and took care of the springs. Great job By a great technician. Thank you

Patrick with precision garage doors did an excellent job for me working with my antiquated equipment. He figured everything out and was above and beyond giving great service. I’m so happy they sent him. I am sure that I will need them again and I will absolutely call Precision and ask for Patrick. I forgot to use my 25% coupon but I’m so pleased with his professionalism, i think he made up for it.

A bracket broke on the garage door where it attaches to the opener arm. When it broke, the garage door was useless. I did a quick fix myself but knew I needed some expert help to truely fix the door opener so that it would be safe to operate. Cameron arrived as scheduled and went through his safety checklist. I approved his recommendations and he went to work. New rollers, a new bracket assembly, alignment, adjustments and lubrication. My garage door works perfectly. Cameron was methodical in his approach and also friendly as he worked on the garage door. We discussed our shared hobby and I was very happy with the repairs and with Cameron as well. It’s obvious that Customer Service is a high priority with Precision Garage Door. I couldn’t be happier with the results. And thanks again Cameron for your service to our country. Go Navy!

I am impressed all the way from the receptionist who booked the appointment, Cameron the technician who was very helpful, professional and took the time to show me several options and the owner’s follow up. On top of it all, they were the only one I called who offered free estimate.

Prompt and professional. Used the chat on Saturday afternoon when the torsion spring broke. Had an appt for 10-12 on Sunday and Chris called at 9:45 Sun am to say he would be there in 20 minutes. He was. Fixed the door springs in less than an hour. Little frustrated that chat could not give a ballpark figure so don’t know if it was a good price or not. Seemed a little expensive. But door is fixed properly.

We purchased a new door…as before…customer service is most evident with this company….right from the phone call with April to the person who comes to the house.. We love our door but the customer service is just as important and to date you get 5 stars.
