Sam came out today with Jonathan. This was a fantastic experience! Sam explained everything and went over options. I ended up replacing my garage door opener. Sam is very neat, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I like that they do not charge a service fee to come out and look to see what is wrong and even come out on weekends. I would definitely recommend Sam and Precision Door for all garage door services.

I got an estimate for a single spring replacement of $149 from your phone person.When the tech called me from the jobsite, he told me I needed both springs because the old one would likely fail beside the new one and that the springs were $199 each not $149 because of the door weight and spring wire size needed. I did not really believe that as the door is a cheap builder grade door. In the end I went with 2 springs to end what was becoming a lengthy although friendly argument. Also, I was not onsite as this is a rental property. I felt going into this that it was going to be much more than I anticipated, and it was. I see complete new 16×7 ft doors installed for $600-$700 in the Valuepac coupon mailings I get every month, so I find it difficult to understand how 2 springs can cost $400.

Bravo to the Precision Team…specifically my tech Sam. He was awesome. Right on time, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and an all around great guy. He diagnosed my issue VERY quickly and went to work to fix it immediately. He replaced 2 coils and 8 hinges in a less than an hour. Great experience…i would Highly recommend Precision and SAM to anyone needing Garage help!!

No-one likes anything to breakdown on the weekend, especially your garage door! But if you call Precision, a wonderful dispatcher like Kendra fixes you up with a convenient WEEKEND SERVICE CALL at no extra cost! Then it gets better, a great service tech like Sam arrives there just a bit before the service window times and does a fast repair and a thorough maintenance on the door to keep you in business! Oh, you need to know I am not related to or connected to Precision in any way! Two thumbs up!

Techncian Dave did an excellent job of determining the problem and described the issue. Was able to resolve the issue with minimum difficulty and serviced the door while here. Will definitely use them again if needed.
