Rick May was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly answer all of my questions. He replaced my springs and upgraded my motor. He finished the work half that time promised. As long as Rick is with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, I continue to go to them for all of my garage door needs.

Our Service Technician (Ray) was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Not only was he that way, but he was very good at installing an garage door opener and new garage doors. Ray was very clear on how long it would take to install and was honest and respectful at all times. We would definitely recommend this company and (Ray) to anyone who needed this type of service.

Appointment process was easy. Tech (Rick) called in advance and showed up 10 minutes early. Very professional and courteous. Knowledgable. Installed new opener and serviced our door in the time parameters he promised. Spent a little more than I’d planned, but given the professionalism and prompt arrival, good communication, it was worth it 100%.

He answered all of my questions and took extra time to make sure that I was comfortable with our purchase and installation. He has a good eye for detail and it was reflected in the end product.
