Sunday morning, I drove into my garage, parked my car, and pushed the down button for my garage opener. The garage door completely fell off onto my car. I called my local garage door service, but they wouldn’t come out on a Sunday even though my car was stuck under the door. Honestly, I just randomly chose Precision but am so happy that I did. The tech arrived, took a look at the door, and said that he needed assistance. Another tech arrived soon, and they put things back together. My car wasn’t as badly damaged as I feared, and the techs sent me an estimate for a new door. I wil always use Precision. They are wonderful.

Technician, was prompt on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and did the job at the right pace to be efficient, and still have attention to detail so as everything was done correctly. Answered all the questions and had a great attitude.

Not happy at all. I feel like I got majorly ripped off today. $260 to mount the track back on the wall?? And my garage door opener doesn’t really work 100% still. The guy knew it when he left and his suggestion was to replace it. This should have been a $100 at most. Won’t ever recommend and telling people to not use your services.

Although there was a delay on the arrival time, the twxhnician promptly identified the problem, corrected the problem, and adivised me of other services he could provide. He was friendlr, respectul and amicable. Good woek, good service.

Chris was very knowledgable and helpful. He noticed a problem with the cable on one of the doors and was able to take care of it before it actually became a problem for me. He took care of all of my concerns, and I am grateful for his expertise and professionalism.

Very well pleased. I called the office and they sent someone over to give me an estimate the same day. I approved the estimate and it was installed less than 24 hrs. latter. I would recommend this company to anybody. Thanks
