    When we called, because the spring had broken and the door didn’t open, they sent out a technician the same day. The technician replaced the springs and had the door working perfectly in just 30 minutes which was truly great and very helpful.

    Your technician did a wonderful job. When he arrived last night for the repair, the door was working fine and opening and closing without any issue. He tightened the chain and left. About 20 minutes later, my daughter pulled into the garage and the door started having the issue again with not closing. I called the tech back, and he turned around and came back. By this time, it was around 9:30 p.m. I was impressed by him dedication and attitude. I am sorry, I didn’t get his name but he was from Florida.

    Just a word to report what a wonderful experience we had with Precision Door and Tryton Coe, their service man. Not only did Tryton come in the evening, but he was in good spirits and congenial. He saw the problem and went to work immediately. He knew exactly what he was doing and was done and cleaned up in less that 45 min. Our garage door system is quieter and smoother that ever.
