I could not ask for a better pair to show up at my house to repair my garage door. Milton and Joshua told me what I needed to do and gave me a price that was not only competitive but also fit my budget. It was obvious that both knew their business and how to relate to customer issues. Thanks Joshua and Milton for excellent work. Tim was very informative even before arriving to repair my Liftmaster screw drive garage door opener. A neoprene part had broken and he did have a replacement part on the truck for right at $50. I had to have them come out on a Sunday so they said no service charge but the “labor” charge was $125. Was more than I hoped for as I am a disabled single senior on very limited income but better than having to get a new door opener at $500. No senior discount offered but Tim was a very nice and pleasant employee. He knew what he was doing and got the job done in 30 minutes time. My sister and brother-in-law just got a new insulated garage door and opener from this company and they were very happy with it as well.

Fast service,the technician was here in less than 30 minutes after our request for service. Josh was friendly ,explained what needed to be done, and made sure we were happy with his work before taking our payment.

My garage door picked a real bad time to decide to come off the track (middle of the night as I was headed to work). I was able to call Precision and had a repairman out to my house in less than 24 hours. The technician, Joshua, after determining the problem(s), walked me through the entire repair process. I was actually quite surprised by how quickly he was able to complete all the work. The door is working better than ever, and I am confident that the repairs are going to last. I am very pleased with my decision to call Precision.
