Spring Aged & broke! Out in one day & on time. Two Techs arrived, asked how long they’ve been with company (10 yrs. & 5 yrs.) I was very pleased with repair & replacement. I learned a lot but will Never attempt this potential dangerous job. These guys were professional, curteous & patient with all my dumb questions. I will call Precision again IF & when Needed!! Thank you guys.

Twice the price of the same service requested. Added additional worked another company said nothing was wrong then continued to reduce the estimate making one think that you are totally dishonest. I would rate you as a one and never recommend your service.

We had a broken spring and Bret not only fixed it in a timely manner, he pointed out some issues we were not aware of that could be problematic in the future. The tech Isaac and sales manger Matin showed up promptly on Sunday. They walked me through what needed to be done and then repaired and serviced my door. They showed me a better roller with bearings which I purchased. My door is more quiet than it ever has been and much smoother. They were professional and the job was done quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Had a late afternoon problem with the garage door and they were courteous and prompt in getting the problem resolved within a couple of hours. The technician was very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

They were very professional and courteous. I loved the fact that the email with pictures of the techs was sent in advance. I chose them because I could get a quick appointment and the reviews had very positive feedback. The job was performed very quickly and efficiently.
