Sam just left. replaced the spring on my double door. Was very professional and did it quickly. The cost was HALF of the other bid for which I am very grateful. Told the other vendor to take a hike. Also, lifetime warranty sure beats the 3 year warranty that OTHER company gives. The door itself along with the rails is close to needing replacement. I believe the initial charge of $195 for service is too expensive and for this reason I will not be using your company in the future. Honestly it took your Technician longer to explain what he was going to do than performing the actual service. I also did not agree with your Technician assessment of the problem. I normally do not post negative ratings(only positive), but felt unless you receive feedback like this, you can’t make changes.

Making appointments is so easy ! The service persons will call ahead to say they are on the way. Each time we have used them, the service person has been clean, prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable and the problem was promptly fixed.
