They scheduled my appt late Friday am for mid day Saturday. Tech called prior to arriving and fixed the door in no time. Price of material seemed high, based on pricing of parts on the internet, but willing to pay for service like that any day. Awesome job and awesome service

Not happy at all. I feel like I got majorly ripped off today. $260 to mount the track back on the wall?? And my garage door opener doesn’t really work 100% still. The guy knew it when he left and his suggestion was to replace it. This should have been a $100 at most. Won’t ever recommend and telling people to not use your services.

No-one likes anything to breakdown on the weekend, especially your garage door! But if you call Precision, a wonderful dispatcher like Kendra fixes you up with a convenient WEEKEND SERVICE CALL at no extra cost! Then it gets better, a great service tech like Sam arrives there just a bit before the service window times and does a fast repair and a thorough maintenance on the door to keep you in business! Oh, you need to know I am not related to or connected to Precision in any way! Two thumbs up!

Charan arrived as scheduled and with a smile on his face. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. He took the time to explain the problem as well, which i appreciated! I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone who wants the job done right.

These guys are top notch for installation and repair! The had to install a opener on my 12 Foot door. And did a great job. If you are needing a install or repair give these guys a try. I have used three different companies and I would call these people back again.
