when I called customer service they misinformed me by giving me a minimum package of $499, which according to the CS agent included garage door opener and installation. I made apptm and when the guy came said the less expensive was over $1,000 and that CS handles different states and can make mistakes. Also everytime I asked CS a question their answer was I don’t know. I called 2-3 times and it was the same poor service where they don’t know what they are selling. Of course I canceled everything.

I contacted Precision Door through the chat channel and they were able to set up an appointment same day. Nick was very helpful and understood my garage door opener needs. He installed the opener and within an hour I was able to use my garage door again. He was pleasant listened and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.
