$600 for 2 springs………..REDICULOUS. Another overhead door company advised me it should have been $250 total for this repair. Stay away from this company unless you enjoy being overcharged.

Your man came out a lied a few times, like for 30 minutes its $200 for labor (but when he showed me the final bill it was $125, and he was going to give us a 10% discount. We didn’t see that discount. I believe he over charged us because he was willing to go down. Sorry I will not call your company unless the things he fixed break. He said the items were for lifetime.

I chose Precision because it was advertised 24/7 service at no extra charge. Josh was the tech sent out, he was very helpful in the determination of what services I needed.
