    You all installed a year ago. It came away from the wall because it was installed wrong. Dale came out and fixed it correctly in the most hottest day if year . The door was d ok in and no air in there at all.

    Outstanding customer service. My garage door wouldn’t close and my home warranty company wasn’t able to come until Monday. Not acceptable. I Googled and found Precision. They were willing and able to come out, review the situation and resolve the problem the same day. My technician was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I had ten wheels that needed replacing and the door put back on track. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Doors company to anyone. Plus they give military and senior citizens discounts.

    Great experience, service technician was professional and knowledgeable. I had a service needed on a Sunday, made same day service call request and was able to have my garage door back in great “NEW” shape same day. Lifetime guarantee of parts shows confidence in their products. New Springs, Rollers and cables along with door adjustments were under $600… not bad to me for a Sunday service.. I highly recommend..
