Fast and efficient. Great service. They were ther within 2 hours after I called. Service repairman very k owledgeable and fast.

Their weekend service availability was very convenient, but beware of their pricing. They told me I needed a door reinforcement for my opener (which I agreed with) and that the cost was $200. I quickly learned after they had installed that the exact part they used was readily available from multiple vendors for $25 or less and it took about 5 minutes to install. I questioned the installer and also emailed customer service about the excessive price. All I got back from customer service was “thanks for your feedback – we will use this information to improve in the future”. You are at their mercy when they start telling you what needs to be done – educate yourself the best you can or you will get taken advantage of. I had one broken spring on a door that was less than 5 years old and ended up with a bill for $872.

Technician Joshua was on time, curteous and replaced the spring in less than 1 hour. The price was fair (several options were offered and explained) and I a satisfied with the work. I would strongly recommend Precision to family and neighbors. 5 star all the way!

Garage Door- Spring Repair: I am sure everyone agree that when something breaks at home and you have no expertise or knowledge regarding the repair and the cost associated to it then anxiety takes over. I had three different technicians coming to do an estimate. One of those technician provided strong knowledge, confidence, and honesty as to the best way to resolve the situation. This is exactly what John E-Meyer (Precision Technician) did. He took the time to explain everything related to the problem and did all the tests required for a solution. Having two technician coming before really helped me make a more comprehensive decision. Precision was not the cheapest but was the most cost effective one.
