Two hours after I called for service, the technician, Jon D., arrived. He quickly assessed the problem, told me what was needed, provided a cost estimate and made the appropriate repair in only 45 minutes. He also did a check on the other garage door to ensure it didn’t have any issues and it did not. Jon D. was professional, personable, courteous and very efficient. Based on my experience today, I am very pleased with Precision and highly recommend their services.

Am appointment was booked within 2 hours of the call and, surprisingly, the crew was able to respond even quicker. Nick , the installer was very polite and did a great job in a short time.Hope they have 10 employees like him The price seems a bit high for replacing a single spring but when you’re desperate to open the garage you just pay and move forward.Cost was $481 which included spring,a center bearing, 10 new rollers (optional) Next time I’ll hope to be able to drive shop and get the best deal.
