Your technician did a wonderful job. When he arrived last night for the repair, the door was working fine and opening and closing without any issue. He tightened the chain and left. About 20 minutes later, my daughter pulled into the garage and the door started having the issue again with not closing. I called the tech back, and he turned around and came back. By this time, it was around 9:30 p.m. I was impressed by him dedication and attitude. I am sorry, I didn’t get his name but he was from Florida.

When I made the appointment on the phone the schedulers were completely professional and very pleasant. The technician who serviced us though was very arrogant, dismissive and frankly did not seem to have a lot of knowledge. We had universal remotes that said they were compatible with the brand of garage doors we have. He told us they wouldn’t work. Then when we pointed out on the box that they were compatible he seemed surprised but then agreed. We have used a different garage door repair company in the past and will be going back to them. When we asked if he would program the remotes he said yes, then shot back at me, “it’s $50 a door per remote.” That would have been $400 to simply program the remotes. The other company always did it for free. We will not be calling again.

Two hours after I called for service, the technician, Jon D., arrived. He quickly assessed the problem, told me what was needed, provided a cost estimate and made the appropriate repair in only 45 minutes. He also did a check on the other garage door to ensure it didn’t have any issues and it did not. Jon D. was professional, personable, courteous and very efficient. Based on my experience today, I am very pleased with Precision and highly recommend their services.
