From start to finish Precision is a well oiled professionally run outfit. No high pressure antics. They work with you to get it right(what you want) Installer was great and very helpful with questions asked. You cant go wrong with Precision. I got a beautiful new garage door with windows and the best lift master opener and 3 remotes and a keypad . Priced right and done right

My recent experience was not very good . I initially had an appointment between the hours of 4-6 only to find out (after calling ) that the person that set my appointment had me scheduled for the next day . And although they managed to fit me in the same day most of my day was gone and ,they technician that they sent seem to be in a hurry to get the appointment finished . So felt very rushed . And he didn’t appear to be very experienced. So needless to say I don’t plan to patronize Precision Doors no time in the near future .

I like like your prompt service. Although their wasn’t anything wrong wrong with my door, except to reset the reset button The mechanic seemed to be knowledgeable at what he was doing. I will use your service again when needed PS I must say that the price of your service csll is the highest That I have ever seen. I think $195.00 is a little more than market value. Our door is now three years old and still looks brand new. It was making a bit of noise, so we called for s check up/tune up. Dale knew exactly where it needed periodic lubrications and took time to teach me how do do it for myself. Great, prompt response. Very highly recommended. It really wasn’t a “repair” just a lubrication service. Very happy, it is as quiet as a mouse now!

We just signed the contract to have the doors installed in the coming days. The two representatives that with us were so good in their explanations, that my wife and were both impressed. I would rate them a 5 star.

Patrick was the tech and he was no-nonsense yet very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Took care of my problem within an hour and very satisfactorily. After my horrific experience with another vendor, I will recommend Precision Door to anyone…

I’m sure the service is good, however I would recommend getting other estimates. They quoted to replace a broken spring on my garage door. The estimate said the spring alone was $299.00. I looked online and you can get the same spring for $50.00 to $100.00. I called other companies and they concurred. When I called this company back the manager said they stand behind their springs. I certainly hope so for that price.

Serviceman showed up within 2 hours of our call. He was very pleasant and installed a new spring, rollers and cable on our double garage door and got us back in business. Getting a senior citizen discount was extremely important. Great service
