I chose your company because it came up when I checked for garage door repairs on my computer. The service yor company provided was very good and prompt. My only concern is that the newly installed springs are so tight that it is very hard to close the door.

My service guy was Alex. He was super professional and efficient. He was detailed and quickly completed the job. My garage was back up and running in under an hour. He even put on shoe covers when he entered the house. Thank you for such great and excellent service!

Expensive and charged over $250 to spray a chain and not even open the motor or look at inside. Do maintenance yourself to save that. Also was told there was no charge to come out and got billed $49.00 for a trip fee. $200 was apparently to spray the chain with lube. Will not use again.

He explained the three choices I had and allowed me to pick the one that met my needs. He replaced the main spring and door rollers. Absolutely professional!

Appointment process was easy. Tech (Rick) called in advance and showed up 10 minutes early. Very professional and courteous. Knowledgable. Installed new opener and serviced our door in the time parameters he promised. Spent a little more than I’d planned, but given the professionalism and prompt arrival, good communication, it was worth it 100%.
