I had two new garage doors installed by Ryan Smith. He did an excellent job! After he got done he told me he had forgot a slide lock for one door. He came back later that day and put it in after he had put in a long day of work. I appreciated it so much! I would also like to compliment Technician Sam Alshara. He placed my order and was very informative. I also spoke with Customer Service Rep Brandi Folts-Longoria whom was very nice and professional. I would strongly recommend your company to friends and neighbors. The service was awesome!

The young man that came to fix my garage door was very nice and answered my questions to him with patience. My garage door is pretty heavy so I could not raise it up or down. He came out and got right on it. He had it fixed in less than an hour. He also gave me some ideas about purchasing a lighter weight garage door some day. I think the hot weather is not as hot with the heavier door, but I will be thinking about replacing it some day with a lighter weight one.

Joshua came to my house this morning to fix my garage door opener. It got stuck and would not open or shut. He came and took at look at it and said he needed to replace one of the springs with a bigger one. He went to his truck and got a new spring out of it and replaced the other spring within 30 minutes or less. The garage door is now working and I am a happy customer. He did not charge me for the spring since the other one did not work properly. I was so very happy with his help today. By the way, Joshua had come to my house a few months ago to fix another problem with my aging garage door, and he noticed a had a flat tire on my car. I had not noticed it. He voluntarily added some air to my tire so I would not have a flat on my way to get the tire fixed or replaced. I am a widow, so I could never have done that. I appreciate his genuine concern for me and I could not be happier with the service I have gotten from this wonderful company.
