The technician arrived on time and quickly repaired the broken spring. He noted that the double door should have 2 springs (to which I agreed) and made that upgrade. For emergency service the price was fair. I would recommend them.

The problem I had with my garage door was that it was stuck at about the half way point, and would not move. The technician that came out to my home (Patrick) was both very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem. Then replaced the defective parts, made some adjustments to the door, and finished with some general maintenance on the working door parts with some lubrication.

Great job by our technician, Sam! He was at our home within 2 hours of our initial call. He replaced our spring with two springs (we had no idea having a single spring was a serious safety hazard). He completed the work quickly and was informative and very professional. We would be happy to recommend your company to friends and neighbors!

I called almost before closing on a Friday afternoon as our spring broke. As I was holding on for someone to answer, the Let’s Chat window popped up on my computer and I was able to schedule the repair for 8am Saturday morning. That is what I call service! He repaired it and explained all the charges. I can highly recommend Precision Door Service.
