Great service! My technician was Sam and he made everything work better than it had in a long time. You can hardly hear the door moving now. He said he wouldn’t quit until I was completely satisfied and he didn’t! I also got immediate service.

Called on Sunday morning after breaking spring Saturday night. Appointment was made same day and Sam arrived promptly at scheduled time. Sam did a quality job and left me some wanted information about door replacement options. My charge was exactly the same as the quote. Great service and company!

Outstanding customer service. My garage door wouldn’t close and my home warranty company wasn’t able to come until Monday. Not acceptable. I Googled and found Precision. They were willing and able to come out, review the situation and resolve the problem the same day. My technician was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I had ten wheels that needed replacing and the door put back on track. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Doors company to anyone. Plus they give military and senior citizens discounts.

My original garage door was damaged by storm winds and I decided to go for a replacement. Conner arrived within the window of time set by Precision. He assessed the damage and confirmed that the existing door is not repairable, even temporarily. He assisted me in my selection of a new door and upgraded opener. He made numerous calls to confirm availability and lead times. He was courteous and thorough.

Sam arrived early and diagnosed the problem in 10 seconds! He set to work and within one hour had our door and opener running smoother and quieter than when new. I asked him to staple his card by the opener button because I know who I will call the next time the need arises. Thanks Sam

I had two new garage doors installed by Ryan Smith. He did an excellent job! After he got done he told me he had forgot a slide lock for one door. He came back later that day and put it in after he had put in a long day of work. I appreciated it so much! I would also like to compliment Technician Sam Alshara. He placed my order and was very informative. I also spoke with Customer Service Rep Brandi Folts-Longoria whom was very nice and professional. I would strongly recommend your company to friends and neighbors. The service was awesome!
