Great service! I called at 7:02 for a service call I received a call at 7:13 from Austin he came out from Dallas to Fort Worth and completed the job all before 8:30. Very professional and fast. I definitely recommend this company it was my first time using them and definitely won’t be my last.

You’re employee/contractor was great! Excellent young man. But I have no doubt that I paid double the price I should have. You were ridiculously expensive. If the young man wasn’t as nice as he was, I would have stopped him and found someone else.

Precision was recommended by my former realtor. I could not have been more pleased. Appt made quickly. Service technician, Alex, was professional, kind, had his mask on, respectful of my retired military status (discount included) and completed job promptly. Pointed out other repairs needed later on, not emergent like the spring repair. Definitely will be calling again. Thank you!

Joe was great today! He came and installed a battery on our gate after he gave us 3 options to choose from according to our budget. He was on time, which was great because I have a busy schedule and gave us quality neighborhood information since we were new to the area that he was a native of. I highly recommend his services again! Will definitely be doing business with him in the future!

Alex was the technician that came to my home. We had a broken spring, and he was able to explain everything beforehand. He showed me the parts and then put everything in place in a very reasonable amount of time. He was very professional and the area he worked was clean. I went to Google to find someone to fix my garage door. I liked what I saw about Precision and they gave me a time frame, I was amazed that the tech was here on time. I have called several family and friends to tell them how satisfied I am. Ian was very professional and fixed the problem, he explained what was happening. If anyone needs a garage door fixed or a new one Precision is the best

I needed someone right away for garage repair, and Precision absolutely delivered. Collin came out and repaired my garage door within 2 hours of my call, and the door now works better than it did 7 years ago when I bought the property. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, anytime.
