Mr. Strauss, the technician who replaced the springs and rollers were extremely knowledgeable and professional about the fix and gave me some tips about the correct lubricant to maintain the door hinges and rollers for the future.

Eduardo was an excellent technician, after having issues with my garage door he took time to explain his method of resolution and troubleshooting, showed me the work done and the reason for the replacement and gave tested the new installation to make if I had any questions or hesitation he was available to explain. Definitely give Eduardo two thumbs up and recognized Precision is definitely grateful to have someone on their team that stds behind his work and is proud of it. Im definitely appreciative for his service and commitment.

2 hrs late however Eduardo was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Explained all the pricing options clearly. ( Although I personally think there are too many) I also think the word “temporary” and the absence of a guarantee until last option is questionable.
