Chris arrived early and ready to go. He quickly assessed the situation and gave us a fair bid. In no time he had fixed the jam and did a check on the rest of the door, made a few adjustments and made sure everything was good to go. I was surprised we got an appointment on such short notice and Precision was highly rated on the BBB. I would definitely use them again.

John Sliffe called and said he had an earlier time (I got home early) and welcomed that news (was already 100. He arrived right on time and looked at the damage (broken spring 23 years old). I showed him what was done to the other door 5 years ago and said a slight upgrade would last longer with little price increase. He stated that the rollers were “OK” for the time being as “we” chose a couple of things to change from the last time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, NOT PUSHY, It took a little over 1/2 hour to 40 minutes to complete the job. He laid all the old parts in front of me to show that all new parts were used. It’s A+ service.

Your technician, Marco Avila, fixed my garage door today. He was very efficient and informative. He knew the various parts of the garage door and how to replace them. Mr. Avila replaced the parts with no problems.

We chose Precision because when we googled your business came up first. We were desperate. It was a Saturday evening and my car was stuck in the garage. So glad we did. Got an appointment for Sunday. After a glitch with phone numbers, Evan Strauss appeared. He was professional, smiling, knowledgeable, polite…all the things you want in a service man. He did a quick efficient job. By the way, it was over 100 degrees and 6:00 in the evening. He has worked a full day already. Wish all companies had an Evan!!????

Called and was glad they could come the next day early to fix my garage.Liked that they come in a truck that has their name on it and I like that they let me know who is coming and a pic. Also saw the good reviews which helped me decide.
