Dakoda not only installed my new garage door with extreme precision and demonstrated great skill in the installation but also 6 months later when I had problems with the opener operating properly he came out promptly set to work and diagnosed the problem and set to his mission of its correction. His abilities and dedication to his performance is not worthy of 5 stars but should be rated at least a 10 as he puts 110% of himself into the task at hand. He is a tremendous asset to your company and is worthy of advancement or greater rewards for his dedication and skills on the job and with customer service as well. I would be honored to have him in my employ as his performance and dedication to the job, customer service and manners are beyond reproach. A man of this caliber is extremely hard to find and deserves any and all rewards and advancement possible. Again, Dakoda, job well done ! We are extremely satisfied with the overhaul to our garage door system which was over 15 years old. Jeremy was very professional, provided excellent customer service and did an outstanding job. We are so happy with our garage door system now and also happy that we used this company.

This rating is for Jeremy….. Jeremy is probably the best door installer Technician in the US. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He installed the new insulated garage doors in a precise workmanship way. He has some unique installation techniques to make sure the door is level. I’m a retired Mechanical Engineer and it was pleasure to watch him work. When he finished the job he cleaned up all the trash and put it in his truck. He even wiped down the doors to make sure that no hand prints were visible. He communicates extremely well and is well mannered.

I was impressed with the initial phone call and with a gentleman by the name of Travis I believe. From there I received nothing but professionalism from the tone of his voice, customer service and information about the service that I would be receiving. Raymond was timely, friendly and truthful which is THE most important value I need in my life when searching for reliable services for repairs or otherwise.
