Today, John and Aaron provided me with excellent service with a detailed explanation concerning my broken garage door. John quickly identified the issue and worked with my financial situation to provide a high quality repair call. I had my springs replaced just a year ago that caused my door to buckle and bend one of my tracks for it was first the incorrect spring for my door and secondly the opener was set too high which caused increase stress on my garage door. I would highly recommend John and the team at Precision Overhead Garage Door for I selected a cheaper price before but I sacrificed on both professionalism and quality of service and end up paying more in the end. the service was great beside all the rain we had. they made sure made gate was operation correctly. Troy kept open communication back and forward. He had great customer service and he made sure the work and the equipment was done the right way.
