Garage Door- Spring Repair: I am sure everyone agree that when something breaks at home and you have no expertise or knowledge regarding the repair and the cost associated to it then anxiety takes over. I had three different technicians coming to do an estimate. One of those technician provided strong knowledge, confidence, and honesty as to the best way to resolve the situation. This is exactly what John E-Meyer (Precision Technician) did. He took the time to explain everything related to the problem and did all the tests required for a solution. Having two technician coming before really helped me make a more comprehensive decision. Precision was not the cheapest but was the most cost effective one. My service for a broken spring was fast and excellent. They came out on a Sunday when everyone else was closed and completed the job in record time. I will be using precision from now one for any garage door needs.

Very satisfied with the prompt/professional manner in which John handled himself. He was very patient with our questions and concerns, had no problems answering any questions we had. We especially appreciated the fact of having so many samples to look at and compare to, but also his input on what might look both different AND better. Thank you very much; can hardly wait for the completion of the installation (door had to be ordered).

The Precision Door tech was very competent and did an excellent job. I was amazed at how well my door operated after his work. Besides replacing the broken standard springs with high quality ones, I agreed to let him replace the old metal rollers with nylon sealed bearing rollers. Wow, the difference from before to after was immediately obvious. My door operated smoother and quieter than when it was brand new. My tech, Joshua, did a fantastic job. Without getting carried away, I have been taking friends and family out to my garage to listen to my ‘new’ garage door. Everyone immediately comments how quiet it operates. Another benefit – I have been able to reduce the opening and closing force of the door opener which should increase it’s operating life. Sure I paid a little more, but it was well worth it. I would definitely do business again with Precision Door.
