I contacted Precision through website, then received return call in 5 minutes. Tech showed up in 2 hours from initial contact. He explained me what happened in existing motor. It made great sense. Then he recommended a couple of options. I picked second option – replace entire motor and peripheral of his recommendation, instead of fixing existing. Tech completed all jobs in 2 hours as he promised, with very clean installation. I was really impressed the responsiveness and quality of the service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! I’ve used them two different times and they are always on time or early. Their prices are fair and the technician was friendly and professional. I don’t normally write reviews, but they are deserving of an excellent rating!

Precision Doir was the ONLY company who would service my need of garage door repair as early as 9/9:30 pm. And, I am so grateful that the technician accepted the call because my door would not close automatically or manually due to the type of spring in the door that broke.. My expectations were met! I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. Had a broken spring replaced and while we were at it, I had them replace the rollers. While the technician was here, he straightened the opener/track (building put it in crooked) and he lubed up the screw drive – our opener has NEVER been this quiet! I would have given 5 stars BUT while he was testing the door – up/down/up/down – the door opener capacitor blew. They were going to charge me $80 to install a new capacitor – found one on Amazon for $20 and had it shipped same day. All in all, very courteous and professional. Thanks!

DAVID WAS COURTEOUS,PROFESSIONAL,FRIENDLY,KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ON TIME.REMOVED THE DAMAGED DOOR PANEL AN REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE.HAD TO ADJUST THE DOOR AND OPENER.CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERY THING BEFORE HE LEFT THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE. THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL A 5 STAR EMPLOYEE.
