    Single door opener replaced, failing 1997 springs replaced on single and double doors (balancing). Technician Nick was outstanding. Arrived on time, had the skills and experience to troubleshoot diagnose and make reasonable good better best recommendations with solid technical and financial reasons. Worked efficiently, gave a solid demo, answered all of my questions, left my garage in excellent condition. Happy.

    I have had your company come out to do repairs on one of my doors on 2 occasions. This 2nd time we have to wait on parts. But the service work is excellent. Both technicians that have come out have been very nice and professional. The only negative things that I don’t like are that your labor prices seem very high for even the smaller low ticket jobs, And your company’s preference to replace entire units rather than just replace a part. I understand why, but some customers can’t always afford the cost of a new unit rather than repairing it. But your service technicians and the quality of work are excellent.

    This morning we had a problem with our garage door our Technician was Courteous,Professional,and was on time! These Guy’s are great! I can’t think of a better Garage Door or any other service company better than Precision Garage Door! They Always are there to help us when needed! Kudos to the folks who work there they’re great!
