Tyler offered several repair & upgrade options for me to consider, while keeping the existing door and guiderails in place. That should be common, but we’ve experienced some very unprofessional companies here. I had just pulled into my garage and the spring broke as I closed it. I called and immediately spoke to a live person that scheduled an appoint within 2 hours. The tech called and said he would be arriving early and had everything assessed and repaired with 2 hours. Outstanding service! I will be using Precision for all my future garage door needs.

Was quoted $730 to replace a single large spring above my garage door. Insanity. Immediately called overhead door and was quoted $300 for the same spring. These good reviews are astroturfing at its finest or people are truly ignorant to be paying these king of prices.
