For the second time I had a very positive experience with a technician from Precision Doors. Asa Reeves came out and installed a new opener on one door and repaired structural damage on another. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I felt that I was fairly billed. At the end of the visit he reprogrammed something at my request which took extra time and he couldn’t have been nicer about fulfilling my request even though it lengthened his day. When speaking with me he wore a face mask at all times and disinfected everything he worked on at the end of the visit. Based on this I would continue to recommend Precision Doors to anyone seeking garage door work whether it be a new door or repair. Thanks!

The repair person was very professional, courteous, and willing to go right to the problem. He made sure that the problem was solved and that I was satisfied with the operation of my garage door opener. Technician Rick May was incredible. Very professional and competent. Our gate was broken and we wanted the gate and garage to operate on one remote. He came in and went straight to work . My husband and I were very impressed . Will recommend and use for any future issues.

What a wonderful experience. Rick was so nice and professional. He seemed concerned about the issues I had . I used another company initially , but I waisted my money. Rick was very knowledgeable. He knew actually what was going with my door and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I was worried in the beginning due to my past experience, but Rick was confident; which made me feel so much better. These repairs are not cheap. My garage door did not work last Friday morning. I contacted Precision at 9am and Austin was at our home by 2pm. Springs had broken and he completely repaired within an hour and provided an inspection and lube at no additional cost. Very impressed by this company and understand why they consistently get 5 stars.
