Initial booking experience set us on rough start. Sent my appointment to another state and I wasted 2.5 hours waiting for someone that was never coming. The office called me as I was on the line with another agent. They were apologetic and offered other times on Saturday, but they didn’t work for me. We rescheduled for Sunday morning with no additional fees being charged for that. Nick was there on time and was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Saw that the garage door was off track and hanging on 1 side with the cable all tangled. He walked me through possible root causes and what he had to do to repair it. Based on my research, I thought the price was fair and he completed the work in less time that I thought. I was very pleased and I would use and/or recommend their service in the future.

I am very happy with the level of service and the garage door opener I received. I made a same day appointment and my tech, Gabriel, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and thoroughly explained my options. He even called his supervisor, Matin, to ensure I received the best rate available. I am thoroughly impressed with my tech, the installation, integrity & honesty displayed. I highly recommend this company.
