Very good end to end sales to installation process. Sales person was not push, knew the pros and cons of competitors in the area, and created a custom solution for my home. Service techs with the install continued the excellent service and completed it in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Precision scheduled an appointment on the same day called within 4 hours but called later and asked if they could come an hour early which was great! Friendly service, knowledgeable and on-time, on Super Bowl Sunday no less. Pricing was a bit more than I expected but he thoroughly checked everything out and made recommendations that I put off without any hard sell.

Precision Garage Door installed a new opener as our old opener was failing to open the door. It was found the rollers were also defective. The repairs were completed the same day and we are very pleased with the service. The technician was very knowledgeable and guided me through what was required. He showed me how the new opener worked and even programmed the button on my car display which was above and beyond what he had to do. very pleased with the service and will recommend the company to friends and relatives needing repairs.

In 24 hours of noticing my old motor smoking, I had a whole new system installed and working better and quieter than before. Ronny got everything done and explained, and I’m now the proud owner of a system that allows me to access my house with or without my clicker. Exceptional service and thorough work!

My garage door picked a real bad time to decide to come off the track (middle of the night as I was headed to work). I was able to call Precision and had a repairman out to my house in less than 24 hours. The technician, Joshua, after determining the problem(s), walked me through the entire repair process. I was actually quite surprised by how quickly he was able to complete all the work. The door is working better than ever, and I am confident that the repairs are going to last. I am very pleased with my decision to call Precision.
