THIS REVIEW IS FOR SERVICE TO OUR ELECTRIC GATE. This appointment was the first time we used this company, and their service scheduler and on-site tech were excellent. Our electric gate needed to have two backup batteries replaced, and the tech was sent out the next day. It was pouring rain at the time he arrived, but he waited for a brief break in the storm and replaced them before the next big surge of rain. Job well done! Note: I had to make a choice of services performed, but none of them were for electric gate repair. I had to choose a garage door repair or it wouldn’t let me leave this review. Hmmm?

My original garage door was damaged by storm winds and I decided to go for a replacement. Conner arrived within the window of time set by Precision. He assessed the damage and confirmed that the existing door is not repairable, even temporarily. He assisted me in my selection of a new door and upgraded opener. He made numerous calls to confirm availability and lead times. He was courteous and thorough.

We used Precision before when previous owners failed to leave garage door openers. Weak springs were also found. A year later the garage door failed and needed to be replaced. With assistance from Precision our car was able to be moved and a new working door was in place within 5 days. Only downside is cannot connect it to keypad. You can operate through WiFi from phone.

This is a first class company with a first class staff. As a business operator this was a great company to work with and I will highly recommend.
