Tylor Morse worked very nice & beautifully. But I think the problem is in the company. The price of the garage door opener of Genie 2128 installed today is only $ 345.35 but I paid $1,020 all together. Most of them is labor charge. Tylor worked only exactly 45 min. Isn’t it ridiculous? Not easy to recommend this company to my neighbors.

One star because I can’t give a negative star. I don’t trust them based on their being listed on the Genie web page and they said Genie is a poor product. Tried to upsell me to another product. When I said no, the salesman tried to get me a special deal from a friend.

Dakoda not only installed my new garage door with extreme precision and demonstrated great skill in the installation but also 6 months later when I had problems with the opener operating properly he came out promptly set to work and diagnosed the problem and set to his mission of its correction. His abilities and dedication to his performance is not worthy of 5 stars but should be rated at least a 10 as he puts 110% of himself into the task at hand. He is a tremendous asset to your company and is worthy of advancement or greater rewards for his dedication and skills on the job and with customer service as well. I would be honored to have him in my employ as his performance and dedication to the job, customer service and manners are beyond reproach.
